Creative Mission Solutions (CMS) is exempt from taxation pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and charitable contributions to CMS are eligible for tax deductible treatment pursuant to Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions are made with the understanding that CMS has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds, including discretion to use contributions as designated or for other purposes that further the ministry of CMS.
